The installation on site/La instalación en el hotel

First: First put the pipe in the supports, second install the insulation and third cut and make the welding actions.

Primero: primero se pone el tubo en los soportes, en segundo lugar se instala el aislamiento y tercero se corta y se realizan las fusiones térmicas.


Second: install the insulation to the pipe first, then put the pre insulated pipe in the supports and finally make the welding actions.

En segundo lugar: se instala el aislamiento en el primer tubo y luego se pone el tubo pre aislado en los soportes, finalmente se realizan las fusiones térmicas.


The installers made many poly fusions and they completed the fusions with accessories. They also posed several question about the welding time, cooling time, interpretation of codes, PB material, insulation, etc.

Los instaladores hicieron muchas uniones de polifusión y terminaron la fusión con los accesorios, también hicieron varias preguntas sobre el tiempo de soldadura, el tiempo de enfriamiento, es decir, de los códigos, material PB, aislamiento, etc .

En las imagenes se aprecia una tubería de 90mm (3¨), la cual sigue la forma del pasillo, sin requerir la colocación de codos en las curvas.
La red no ha sido aislada en los accesorios porque aún no se ha llevado a cabo la prueba de presión del sistema en el área del piso, a diferencia del resto de la tuberia.
Esto lo hacen como una medida adicional de seguridad; sin embargo, el aplicar correctamente las técnicas de fusión térmica y la seguridad de la doble pared en las uniones, hace que no sea necesario el esperar hasta el final para aislar estos elementos.

The picture shows a tube of 90mm (3¨), which follows the shape of the hallway, without requiring the placement of any elbows.
The system has not been insulated at the accessories parts, since we haven´t done a pressure test yet, like the rest of the pipeline.
This is done as an extra safety measure, but because of the correct application and the thermafusion of the product, it is not necessary to wait until the end to insulate these elements.

















Tubería de 32mm (1¨) que con mucha facilidad hace un giro para llegar a una unidad Fan&coil, en una sola pieza, sin requerir conectores, codos y otros accesorios adicionales. La minimización (la reducción en la cantidad) de accesorios es otra ventaja del sistema lo que permite disminuir las pérdidas a lo largo de la red y contribuye a acortar los tiempos de instalación.

A tube de 32mm (1¨) that easily makes a turn to reach a Fan&coil, within one piece, without any connections, elbows or other additional accessorios. The minimization (of the number of accessories) is another advantage of the system, which makes it possible to minimize the loss in the network and contributes to minimize the installation time.
